Further Delivery Information
Any order placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day. We will give you an estimated delivery date but no times or dates can be guaranteed. All Goods are sent via Royal Mail Registered mail service unless otherwise requested. On occasion items may become lost in the post. We will try to replace the item if it remains in stock but no guarantees can be given for this.
Kit off Limited cannot be held responsible for delays incurred whilst Goods are in transit with Royal Mail. You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours of receipt of any Goods if they appear to have been damaged in transit. In these circumstances you must also keep and return the packaging as this may be required when making a claim

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of jewellery, swimwear, or lingerie if hygiene seals or tags have been removed. Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible to be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty or damaged. All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we have an opportunity to take up with the courier.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return an item.
Once you have notified us, you have 14 days to return your order back to us for an exchange or refund. Any goods returned outside of this time frame will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive your return, we will process and issue your refund back to your original method of payment within 14 days. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please email us at hello@wanderluststories.co.uk to ensure that we have the item you wish to exchange in stock. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged ininfoi transit. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a repair, replacement or refund. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be reimbursed. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancellation Process
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchased an item online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
