  • Cancellation Process

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchased an item online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your items if you wish to return them. Please contact our customer service team, with your order number and the reason for cancellation. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item(s) back to us.

Your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.  Once we receive your return, we will process and issue your refund back to your original method of payment within 14 days. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
